The whole business is one question: does the right number of clean units turn up in the right place, on the day you were told?

Everything else is detail. We size orders on the phone rather than through a form, because the questions that decide the count — how long is the event, is there beer, can a truck reach the back of the property — are questions, not fields. Two minutes on the phone settles what an online form gets wrong twice.

Why the phone, and only the phone

There is no booking widget on this site and no email address anywhere on it. That is not an oversight. A restroom order has three variables that a form cannot capture well: what the ground is like where the unit goes, when the truck can realistically get there, and how the count changes if the hours run long. A conversation handles all three at once.

What we run

Five units. Standards do most of the work. Deluxe flushing restrooms go where guests will form an opinion. The ADA accessible unit is what a permit counts. Hand-wash stations park beside the row on almost every order. And the climate-controlled trailer covers weddings and the sites where the standard of the facilities matters for months at a time.

Where we run

Travis, Williamson, Hays and Bastrop counties, and the northern edge of Caldwell. Georgetown and Taylor at the top, the Lake Travis villages out west, Buda and Kyle to the south, and the Highway 71 run east through Del Valle and Garfield to Wyldwood. If your job is near the edge of that, ask — the edges move with the schedule.

How the pricing works

One number, quoted on the call, covering delivery, the rental, servicing, restocking and pickup. Nothing appears on an invoice afterwards for a service visit that was always part of the plan. If the job runs long you tell us and we extend it at the same rate.

How we work

Three habits that decide whether an order goes well

Size it before quoting it

We would rather spend two minutes on the count than send you a number that turns out to be for the wrong order.

Plan the route, not just the address

Cattle guards, low canopy, locked bollards and steep private drives are normal here. Knowing about them beforehand is the whole job.

Service on the schedule agreed

The visit is booked when the rental is booked. It does not need chasing and it does not appear as a separate charge.

Reasonable questions

About us

Who actually turns up?

A driver with the unit on the truck, working from the placement notes taken when you booked. If anything about the site does not match what we were told, they call you rather than guessing.

How long have you been running in Austin?

Long enough to know which junctions to avoid at four in the afternoon and which Hill Country venues need a generator. The metro has changed enormously in that time and the service area has grown with it.

What do you not do?

We do not run online booking, we do not take orders by email, and we do not quote a number before we understand the job. All three are deliberate.

What happens if something goes wrong?

You call the same number and we fix it. A knocked-over unit gets swapped, a missed service gets caught up, a wrong placement gets moved.

Renting in Austin?

Give us the address, the dates and a rough headcount and you get the whole number on the call — drop-off, servicing, pickup and tax.
